It's key features include 15,100m2 PCA A Grade office accommodation, end of trip facilities accommodating 114 bicycles, 32 carparks and ESD features of 5.5 Star NABERS and 5 Star Greenstar.
The project unlocks a new pedestrian link from Harrington Street above the rivulet and a new pocket park that draws on the first nations history and upstream landscape of the Hobart rivulet.

He has deep domain knowledge in transactions, leasing, development, and capital structuring. Matt's track record includes leading a billion-dollar investment and development portfolio at Grollo Group, and overseeing a $1.6 billion senior loan portfolio at Merricks Capital, in addition to his recent role as Head of Development at Quintessential. Joining Techne Invest as a Director and Shareholder, Matt is passionate about urban renewal, specifically in Hobart, and aims to deliver exemplary projects for government and occupiers.
Nick Riewoldt

Nick joined Techne Invest as a Director and shareholder and the Techne Group more broadly to conceive, plan and deliver this transformational project for Hobart. As a passionate Tasmanian Nick is well known across Australia for his leadership skills that he is also currently applying across major technology infrastructure projects globally from his current base in Houston Texas. Nick is uniquely placed to drive collaboration and value for investors and other stakeholders through each phase of the development process.
